1. Introduction; Scope; Applicability
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how CardSettlement.org LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as CardSettlement.org (“CardSettlement.org,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, processes, stores, discloses, and otherwise handles information in connection with your access to and use of the CardSettlement.org website, platform, portals, communication systems, and all related services, features, functionality, workflows, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy applies to all individuals and entities that access, interact with, or otherwise use the Services in any manner, whether directly or indirectly, including, without limitation, visitors, prospective clients, clients, representatives of business entities, and any other users (collectively, “Users”).
This Policy governs information collected through any channel associated with the Services, including, without limitation:
(i) the CardSettlement.org website and any subdomains;
(ii) online forms, onboarding processes, and client portals;
(iii) email, SMS, and other Messaging Services;
(iv) communications with Company personnel; and
(v) integrations with third-party systems and service providers.
By accessing or using the Services, submitting information to CardSettlement.org, or otherwise interacting with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your information as described herein.
This Policy is incorporated by reference into the CardSettlement.org Terms of Use and shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Terms and all other applicable Governing Documents. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
CardSettlement.org reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, the scope, application, and interpretation of this Policy, consistent with applicable law and the operational requirements of the Services.
2. Definitions
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below. Defined terms may be used in the singular or plural form as the context requires.
“CardSettlement.org” or “Company” means CardSettlement.org LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as CardSettlement.org, together with its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns.
“Services” means all services provided by CardSettlement.org, whether directly or indirectly, including, without limitation, administrative, logistical, technological, communication, claim preparation, claim submission, claim management, payment facilitation, and all related functions performed in connection with class action settlements.
“User” means any individual or entity that accesses, interacts with, or uses the Services in any manner, whether directly or indirectly.
“Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or business, including without limitation contact information, financial information, transaction-related data, and any other data provided in connection with the Services.
“Non-Personal Information” means information that does not identify and cannot reasonably be used to identify a specific individual or business.
“Messaging Services” means all forms of electronic communication utilized by CardSettlement.org, including, without limitation, SMS, text messaging, email, automated messaging systems, and other communication technologies.
“Service Providers” means third parties engaged by CardSettlement.org to perform services on its behalf, including, without limitation, hosting providers, payment processors, messaging platforms, data processors, and other operational vendors.
“Claims Administrator” means any court-appointed administrator, settlement administrator, or other third party responsible for administering any class action settlement.
“Settlement” means any class action settlement, fund, or distribution process in connection with which CardSettlement.org provides Services.
“Governing Documents” means the CardSettlement.org Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, any Client Agreements, and any other policies or disclosures incorporated by reference.
3. Geographic Limitation; U.S.-Only Services
The Site and Services are intended solely for use by individuals and businesses located within the United States and are designed to operate exclusively within the legal and regulatory framework of the United States.
CardSettlement.org does not knowingly solicit, market to, or provide Services to individuals or businesses located outside the United States, and any information submitted from outside the United States is submitted in violation of this Policy unless expressly authorized in writing by CardSettlement.org.
CardSettlement.org does not direct, market, or offer the Services to individuals located outside of the United States, including, without limitation, individuals located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction with data protection or consumer protection laws that differ from those of the United States.
By accessing or using the Site or Services, User represents and warrants that:
(i) User is located within the United States;
(ii) User is not accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where such access would be unlawful or would subject CardSettlement.org to regulatory obligations outside the United States; and
(iii) User is using the Services in a business capacity related to a U.S.-based entity or claim.
CardSettlement.org makes no representation that the Site or Services are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any jurisdiction outside the United States. Access to the Site or Services from jurisdictions where such access is illegal or unauthorized is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSettlement.org disclaims any obligation to comply with laws, regulations, or requirements of any jurisdiction outside the United States in connection with the Services.
Any access to or use of the Site or Services from outside the United States is undertaken at the User’s own risk, and User shall be solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
CardSettlement.org reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, block, or terminate access to the Services for any User or region where it determines that such access may create legal, regulatory, or operational risk.
4. Categories of Information Collected
CardSettlement.org may collect, receive, access, or otherwise obtain information from Users and other sources in connection with the provision of the Services. Such information may be collected directly from Users, automatically through use of the Services, or from third parties, and may include Personal Information as well as Non-Personal Information.
4.1 Information Provided by Users
CardSettlement.org collects information that Users voluntarily provide in connection with accessing or using the Services, including identifying information, business information, financial and transaction-related data, payment instructions, documentation, and any other information submitted through onboarding processes, forms, communications, or interactions with the Company. This may include information necessary to evaluate, prepare, submit, or manage settlement claims and to facilitate the distribution of funds.
4.2 Information Collected Automatically
When Users access or interact with the Services, CardSettlement.org may automatically collect certain technical and usage-related information. This may include device identifiers, IP address, browser and operating system information, usage patterns, access times, and interaction data, as well as information collected through cookies or similar tracking technologies used to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
4.3 Information from Third Parties
CardSettlement.org may receive information from third parties in connection with the Services, including claims administrators, courts, financial institutions, payment processors, service providers, and other partners. Such information may include claim-related data, payment status information, verification data, or other information necessary to facilitate the Services. CardSettlement.org may also obtain information from publicly available or commercially available sources where permitted by applicable law.
4.4 Communications and Messaging Data
CardSettlement.org may collect and maintain records of communications between Users and the Company, including email correspondence, SMS and text message communications (including opt-in and opt-out records), support inquiries, and other interactions. Such records may be used to provide the Services, maintain compliance with applicable laws and industry standards, and resolve disputes.
5. Purpose of Collection and Use
CardSettlement.org collects, uses, processes, and otherwise handles information for legitimate business purposes directly related to the operation of the Services. Such purposes include, without limitation, providing, administering, maintaining, improving, and securing the Services, as well as fulfilling obligations to Users and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, CardSettlement.org may use information for the following purposes:
5.1 Provision and Administration of Services
To provide and administer the Services, including evaluating potential eligibility for settlement claims, preparing and submitting claims, communicating with claims administrators and related third parties, maintaining records, and facilitating the receipt and distribution of funds.
5.2 Communication and Messaging
To communicate with Users in connection with the Services, including through Messaging Services such as SMS, text messaging, and email, for purposes including claim status updates, payment notifications, requests for information or documentation, onboarding communications, administrative alerts, and other service-related communications.
5.3 Payment Processing and Verification
To verify identity and payment information, process and facilitate the distribution of funds, and coordinate with financial institutions, payment processors, and other third parties in connection with payment-related activities.
5.4 Operational, Analytical, and Improvement Purposes
To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Services, including monitoring usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, enhancing functionality, and developing new features or capabilities.
5.5 Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes; to respond to lawful requests from governmental authorities; to enforce the Terms of Use and other Governing Documents; to prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity; and to protect the rights, property, and interests of CardSettlement.org, its Users, and third parties.
CardSettlement.org may also use information for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSettlement.org reserves the right to determine the specific use of information within the scope of the purposes described in this Section.
6. Messaging Services and SMS Communications
CardSettlement.org utilizes Messaging Services, including Short Message Service (SMS), text messaging, email, and other electronic communications, as a core component of the Services.
Such Messaging Services are used to facilitate the administration of claims, coordinate the provision of Services, and communicate with Users in a timely and efficient manner.
By providing a mobile telephone number to CardSettlement.org, whether through execution of a Client Agreement, submission through any form or onboarding process, communication with Company personnel, or any other interaction with the Services, User expressly consents to receive communications from CardSettlement.org via Messaging Services, including SMS and text messaging, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Such communications may be delivered using automated technology, including autodialing systems or prerecorded or artificial voice technologies, where permitted.
Messaging Services may include, without limitation, communications relating to claim status updates, payment notifications, requests for information or documentation, onboarding processes, administrative alerts, account-related notices, and other service-related communications necessary to provide or support the Services. Message frequency may vary depending on User activity, claim status, operational requirements, and third-party processes.
User acknowledges and agrees that Messaging Services may be time-sensitive and that failure to receive or respond to such communications may adversely affect User’s ability to participate in the Services or receive payments.
User further acknowledges that message and data rates may apply depending on the User’s mobile carrier, service plan, and geographic location, and that such charges are the sole responsibility of the User.
User may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message received or by following any alternative opt-out instructions provided by CardSettlement.org. Upon receipt of a valid opt-out request, CardSettlement.org will use commercially reasonable efforts to cease further SMS communications, except as necessary to confirm the opt-out, to provide legally required notices, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. User may request assistance by replying “HELP” or by contacting CardSettlement.org through available support channels.
User represents and warrants that any telephone number provided is accurate, current, and that User has the authority to provide such number and to consent to receive communications at that number. User agrees to update such information as necessary and acknowledges that CardSettlement.org shall have no liability for communications sent to outdated, incorrect, or reassigned numbers.
User acknowledges and agrees that Messaging Services are dependent upon third-party service providers, including mobile carriers and messaging platforms, and that delivery of messages is not guaranteed. CardSettlement.org shall not be responsible or liable for any delay, failure of delivery, interception, filtering, or non-delivery of any message.
CardSettlement.org may engage third-party service providers to facilitate Messaging Services, including telecommunications providers and messaging platforms, and User consents to the processing of contact information by such providers solely for the purpose of delivering communications.
CardSettlement.org maintains records of User consent, opt-in, and opt-out activity in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles, and such records may be relied upon to demonstrate compliance.
CardSettlement.org does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, consent information, or mobile telephone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Such information is used solely for purposes of providing the Services and delivering service-related communications.
User acknowledges that consent to receive Messaging Services is not a condition of any purchase or participation in the Services; however, User further acknowledges that certain communications may be operationally necessary for the effective provision of the Services.
6.1 Example Messaging Communications
To provide clarity regarding the nature of Messaging Services, CardSettlement.org may send communications in formats similar to the following examples. The following examples are illustrative only and do not represent an exhaustive list of all communications that may be sent.
Example 1 (Account Update / Profile Request):
CardSettlement.org: Please review and update your account information to ensure accurate processing of your claim. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Example 2 (Claim Status — Approved):
CardSettlement.org: Your claim has been approved for payment. Additional details will be provided as they become available. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Example 3 (Support Confirmation):
CardSettlement.org: We have received your request and our team is currently reviewing it. We will follow up with you shortly. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Example 4 (Payment Notification / Action Required):
CardSettlement.org: Your settlement payment is ready. Please submit your payment details here: [secure link] to receive funds. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Example 5 (Final Reminder / Time-Sensitive Notice):
CardSettlement.org: Final reminder — failure to provide required information may result in forfeiture of funds. Please respond as soon as possible. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
7. Disclosure of Information
CardSettlement.org may disclose, transfer, or otherwise make available information to third parties in connection with the operation of the Services and for the purposes described in this Policy. Such disclosures may occur where necessary to provide the Services, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with applicable law, protect the interests of CardSettlement.org, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Without limiting the foregoing, CardSettlement.org may disclose information in the following circumstances:
7.1 Service Providers and Operational Vendors
CardSettlement.org may engage third-party service providers to perform functions on its behalf, including without limitation hosting, data storage, payment processing, messaging services, communications infrastructure, analytics, and other operational support. Such service providers may access and process information solely for the purpose of performing services for CardSettlement.org and in accordance with applicable contractual obligations.
7.2 Claims Administrators, Courts, and Related Entities
Information may be disclosed to claims administrators, courts, and other entities involved in the administration of settlements in order to prepare, submit, manage, or support claims and related processes. Such disclosures may include claim-related data, supporting documentation, and other information necessary to facilitate the Services.
7.3 Financial Institutions and Payment Processing
CardSettlement.org may disclose information to financial institutions, banks, payment processors, and related entities for purposes of verifying payment information, processing transactions, facilitating the distribution of funds, and complying with financial and regulatory requirements.
7.4 Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Obligations
CardSettlement.org may disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory inquiries. CardSettlement.org may also disclose information to enforce its rights, agreements, and policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CardSettlement.org, its Users, or third parties.
7.5 Business Transfers and Organizational Changes
In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or other business transaction, information may be transferred as part of such transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements. CardSettlement.org reserves the right to disclose and transfer information in connection with any such transaction.
CardSettlement.org does not sell Personal Information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Any disclosure of information is made solely for the purposes described in this Policy or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSettlement.org reserves the right to determine the scope, necessity, and appropriateness of any disclosure of information in connection with the Services.
For avoidance of doubt, all text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information are excluded from any third-party marketing or promotional sharing and will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
8. No Sale of Personal Information; Data Use Limitations
CardSettlement.org does not sell Personal Information to third parties for monetary consideration or for marketing or advertising purposes, and does not engage in the sale, rental, or commercialization of Personal Information in the ordinary course of its business operations.
Without limiting the foregoing, CardSettlement.org does not sell, rent, disclose, transfer, or otherwise make available mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, consent records, or Messaging Services data to any third party for such third party’s own marketing, advertising, solicitation, or promotional use. All such information is used solely for the purpose of providing the Services and delivering service-related communications in accordance with this Policy and the applicable Terms of Use.
CardSettlement.org may disclose, transfer, or otherwise make information available to third parties as described in Section 7 of this Policy, including service providers, claims administrators, financial institutions, payment processors, and other entities involved in the operation of the Services. Such disclosures are made for operational, administrative, compliance, or service-related purposes and are not intended to constitute, and shall not be construed as, a “sale” of Personal Information.
User acknowledges and agrees that the disclosure of information to service providers, vendors, contractors, affiliates, or other third parties that process information on behalf of CardSettlement.org, or that are necessary to facilitate the Services, shall not be deemed a sale, transfer for value, or unauthorized sharing of Personal Information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSettlement.org reserves the right to determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, the classification of any data use, processing activity, or disclosure as a “sale,” “sharing,” or other regulated activity under applicable law, including without limitation any state, federal, or international data privacy framework.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted to restrict CardSettlement.org’s ability to use, disclose, transfer, or process information in de-identified, aggregated, anonymized, or non-identifiable form, or to use information as necessary to provide, operate, improve, and protect the Services.
User further acknowledges and agrees that CardSettlement.org does not control and shall not be responsible for any use, processing, or disclosure of information by third parties once such information has been disclosed in accordance with this Policy, including, without limitation, claims administrators, courts, financial institutions, or other entities involved in the settlement process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, User agrees that any claim relating to the alleged sale, sharing, or misuse of Personal Information must be evaluated in accordance with the definitions, limitations, and disclosures set forth in this Policy, and that CardSettlement.org’s good-faith interpretation of such obligations shall be entitled to deference.
User agrees that no compensation, benefit, or value received by CardSettlement.org in connection with the provision of the Services shall be construed as consideration for the sale of Personal Information.
9. Data Retention
CardSettlement.org retains information for so long as it determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that such retention is necessary or appropriate in connection with the operation of the Services, the administration of settlement-related activities, compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, enforcement of contractual rights, resolution of disputes, prevention of fraud or misuse, and the maintenance of adequate business, financial, and operational records.
Retention determinations are based on a variety of factors, including the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which it was collected, the existence of ongoing or potential claims or disputes, applicable statutes of limitation, regulatory requirements, audit considerations, and the operational needs of CardSettlement.org. As a result, information may be retained for periods that extend beyond the duration of any User relationship or the completion of any particular transaction or claim.
Without limiting the foregoing, CardSettlement.org may retain information for purposes including, but not limited to, the completion and administration of settlement claims, the facilitation and verification of payments, the maintenance of historical transaction records, the
defense or prosecution of legal claims, and compliance with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Such retention may continue for as long as CardSettlement.org deems necessary to protect its legal and business interests.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSettlement.org shall have no obligation to delete, destroy, or anonymize information upon request except where such obligation is expressly required by applicable law. Where deletion is required, CardSettlement.org may retain such information to the extent permitted by law for legitimate business purposes, including compliance, recordkeeping, audit, and risk management functions.
CardSettlement.org reserves the right to retain information in aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized form for any lawful purpose, including operational analysis, system improvement, and business development, without limitation.
User acknowledges and agrees that retention of information as described in this Section is a material condition of the Services and is necessary for CardSettlement.org to operate in a legally compliant and commercially reasonable manner.
User acknowledges that certain information may be retained indefinitely where necessary for legal, compliance, or operational purposes.
10. Data Security
CardSettlement.org implements and maintains administrative, technical, and organizational measures that it determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to be appropriate for the protection of information processed in connection with the Services. Such measures are designed to address risks associated with the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of information, taking into account the nature of the information, the operational environment, and the evolving landscape of cybersecurity threats.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, User expressly acknowledges and agrees that no method of transmission over the internet, no method of electronic storage, and no system or network architecture can be guaranteed to be completely secure, error-free, or immune from unauthorized access, intrusion, loss, alteration, or disclosure. As a result, CardSettlement.org does not and cannot guarantee the absolute security, integrity, or confidentiality of any information.
User further acknowledges that the Services rely upon, and involve the transmission of information through, third-party systems and infrastructure, including without limitation telecommunications networks, internet service providers, cloud hosting providers, payment processors, financial institutions, and messaging platforms, none of which are controlled by CardSettlement.org. CardSettlement.org shall not be responsible or liable for any failure, breach, interception, or unauthorized access occurring within or through such third-party systems.
User agrees that the transmission of information to and from CardSettlement.org is undertaken at the User’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSettlement.org disclaims any and all liability for any unauthorized access to, loss of, or alteration of information, except to the extent such liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
CardSettlement.org reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, or enhance its security measures at any time without notice, and shall have no obligation to implement any specific security standard, framework, or protocol beyond what it deems appropriate under the circumstances.
User acknowledges and agrees that maintaining the security of information also depends on User’s own actions, including safeguarding account access credentials, ensuring the accuracy of contact information, and promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSettlement.org shall have no obligation to provide notice of any security incident or data breach except to the extent such notice is expressly required by applicable law.
Additional Risk Allocation and Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, User acknowledges and agrees that CardSettlement.org shall not be responsible or liable for any unauthorized access to, disclosure of, alteration of, or loss of information, including Personal Information, except to the extent directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of CardSettlement.org, and even in such case subject to all limitations of liability set forth in the Terms of Use.
User further acknowledges and agrees that the submission, transmission, and storage of information through the Site and Services is undertaken at User’s own risk, and that CardSettlement.org does not assume any duty to guarantee the security of such information beyond the implementation of measures it deems appropriate in its discretion.
Without limiting the foregoing, User expressly agrees that CardSettlement.org shall not be liable for any security incident, data breach, or unauthorized access arising out of or relating to (i) User’s own actions or inactions, (ii) the actions or failures of any third party, including service providers or infrastructure providers, (iii) the inherent vulnerabilities of internet or telecommunications systems, or (iv) any event beyond the reasonable control of CardSettlement.org.
11. User Rights; Access; Requests; Limitations
To the extent, and only to the extent, required by applicable law, Users may have certain rights with respect to Personal Information maintained by CardSettlement.org, which may include the
right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information. Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall be construed to grant any rights beyond those expressly required by applicable law.
CardSettlement.org will evaluate any such request in accordance with applicable law, subject to all applicable limitations, exceptions, exemptions, and verification requirements. CardSettlement.org reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to deny, limit, condition, or defer any request in its sole and reasonable discretion, including where the identity or authority of the requesting party cannot be verified, where the request would interfere with the provision or administration of the Services or any claim-related activity, where compliance would impair CardSettlement.org’s ability to meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or audit obligations, where the request would adversely affect the rights, property, or safety of CardSettlement.org or any third party, where the information is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or where the request is excessive, duplicative, or otherwise not reasonably actionable.
CardSettlement.org shall have no obligation to respond to or fulfill any request that does not comply with applicable legal requirements or with CardSettlement.org’s verification procedures, which may include the collection of additional information necessary to confirm identity, authority, and the scope of the request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSettlement.org shall have no obligation to delete, anonymize, restrict, or otherwise modify information where such information is necessary or appropriate for legitimate business purposes, including, without limitation, recordkeeping, compliance, claim administration, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, internal operations, or enforcement of contractual rights.
User acknowledges and agrees that any rights afforded under applicable law are subject to significant limitations and conditions, and that CardSettlement.org’s obligations with respect to such rights shall be limited to the minimum extent required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Section or this Privacy Policy shall be construed to create any private right of action, remedy, or enforceable right beyond those expressly required under applicable law.
12. Children’s Data; Age Restrictions; Prohibited Use
The Site and Services are intended solely for use by businesses and individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Access to or use of the Site or Services by any individual under the age of eighteen (18) is strictly prohibited.
CardSettlement.org does not knowingly collect, solicit, maintain, or process Personal Information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and does not design, market, or direct the Site or Services toward children or minors. The Services relate to business activities,
financial matters, and legal claims, and are not suitable for or intended to be accessed by minors under any circumstances.
By accessing or using the Site or Services, User represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. CardSettlement.org shall have the right to rely on such representations without further verification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSettlement.org shall not be liable for any misrepresentation of age or authority by any User.
In the event that CardSettlement.org becomes aware, through information it deems reliable, that Personal Information has been collected from an individual under the age of eighteen (18) without appropriate authorization, CardSettlement.org may, in its sole discretion, take such action as it deems appropriate under the circumstances, including restricting access to the Services and addressing such information in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to impose any obligation on CardSettlement.org to monitor, verify, or independently confirm the age of any User.
CardSettlement.org does not sell, rent, or share Personal Information for marketing or advertising purposes, including with respect to any information that may relate to minors. To the extent any information relating to a minor is inadvertently collected, such information shall be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, and CardSettlement.org reserves all rights to determine the appropriate handling of such information.
User acknowledges and agrees that CardSettlement.org has no obligation to provide Services to any individual who is under the age of eighteen (18), and that any attempt to access or use the Services in violation of this Section constitutes a material breach of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
